Q: Will It "Stay Clean" For Daily Use?
A: Yes! Your tub comes with an ozone filtration system and a 10″ filter to keep your tub clean. This tub was built to be low maintenance and have minimal water changes with proper upkeep.

Q: How Cold Does The Water Get?
A: Water temperature can go as low as 39º F. You can set the temperature to your preference at any temperature below 80º F. Please note the tub does not heat but keeps below the set point.

Q: I Am a Bigger Person, Am I Going To Fit?
A: We recommend the standard tub for people up to 6’5″ and 250 lbs.  The XL tub provides additional space. The tub is deep enough at 30" for you to submerge your head if desired.

Q: What is the shipping cost?
A: FREE in the Continental USA.  Request a quote for other locations.  You will be able to select your delivery appointment day and time.  Tubs are delivered curbside on a pallet. 

Q: Can I Keep My Plunge Indoors?
A: Yes, our tubs are designed to be indoors or out. If you live in colder climates, it is important to leave the water circulating 24/7 if the water drops below 32 for multiple days in a row to prevent freezing in the pipes. If it gets too cold for extended periods you may need to drain and empty the tub to prevent damage. Indoors it is important to have good filtration and ensure there is no water pooling at the base of the tub.  For indoors, door openings need to be 34" minimum for it to pass through.
