The Auroom Nativa cabin was designed to feel as simple, tranquil and familiar as your own home. It's sturdy relief wall panels give you a sense of safety and comfort that begins the sauna experience. This cabin features a front glass wall, that perfectly compliments the horizontal interior wall panels that broaden the sauna space. There are left and right-handed door options when purchasing and an array of sizes and finishes available to accommodate your specific sauna needs.

Shipping

Auroom Saunas are crated and palletized for transportation by truck.

Upon delivery, the buyer is responsible for offloading by an onsite forklift or crane.

Prior to shipping, we will coordinate delivery details with the buyer.

Havenly Decor offers free standard shipping on all orders* and 30 day returns*.

• The carrier will deliver orders curbside, and the customer may need to arrange assistance to receive the order.
• If the destination address is deemed undeliverable, the customer may incur additional charges.
• Havenly Decor does not ship to PO Boxes, and some products are not available outside of the USA (with some exceptions).
• Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of being placed, but custom made orders or made to order items may have longer processing times. These include certain items from Napoleon, The Outdoor Plus, and American Fyre Design.
• Customers will receive tracking information within 24 hours of their order leaving the warehouse.

If there are damages to packages or products, the customer should take photos and report the damages within 24 hours. Havenly Decor has a return policy, and the customer should contact the company for further information on returning or exchanging products.

* when returning a product note there are cost involved for the buyer, restocking fees and shipping costs.

Warranty

The warranty on a sauna or sauna product manufactured by Auroom covers defects caused by the manufacturer for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the customer. The warranty does not apply if the customer has not notified the seller or the manufacturer of the defect within 30 days of discovering it, or if the defect is not caused by the manufacturer.

We work with our suppliers to ensure that they set minimum advertised pricing guidelines for all of our competitors. This means that everyone else selling the same product online is supposed to be selling it at the same price or higher.
